Campus Beat Assignments

Campus Beats – 11/11/08

Here are the campus beats, contact persons, and beat reporters for the remainder of the semester. One article from your area is due each Monday night, beginning next week, November 17. Could be a personality feature, a news event, a wrapup, an analysis, or any format that, in your news judgment, makes sense.

If you missed class, please see me very early this week to get your beat assignment. Quiz next week will be entirely on the sports section of the AP style book. A guest newspaper reporter will speak in class next week, and we’ll focus on writing sports stories.
